The  multiple  listing system(MLS) is a software aimed at all real estate agencies which deal solely with selling and leasing professional property.
It is an intranet or intranet  application, which is traditional web application consisting of a set of web pages that allow the performance of a set of operations.
It is a professional Enterprise Resource Planning tools(ERP) and customers relationship management tool (CRM) essential for achieving optimal performance and maximum benefit of time and effort .
It combines the listing of for all available properties that are represented by an agent who is a member of the system . Only an agent from the company using the system is able to put and access information submitted by other agents.

Two additional modules of the MLS are replication and the internet .Replication allows data to be copied and distributed between databases in different branches in order to achieve synchronization and consistency. As for the internet ,MLS can display any selection of properties from your portfolio to com a company's  Internet site and can then update them automatically.
